Join H3 as we host Michael Rakotz MD, Director of Chronic Disease Prevention at the American Medical Association, for a webinar discussion for providers and office staff on blood pressure (BP) control improvement methods.

The American Medical Association designates this live activity for a maximum of 0.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Only physician participants are eligible to receive AMA PRA Category 1 Creditâ„¢.
